Install Fixify from the Shopify App Store and review its supported customer order-editing workflows and eligibility controls.
Before setup
Fixify supports shipping-address changes, eligible same-product variant swaps, and quantity changes that do not require an additional payment or refund. Customers make supported changes from eligible unfulfilled orders in Shopify Customer Accounts.
Review the Fixify product page for supported editing types, editing-window controls, eligibility limits, current pricing links, and the privacy policy.
Install Fixify
Install Fixify from its official Shopify App Store listing. Review the current plan details there, select a store, and complete Shopify's installation flow.
Information to include
When contacting support, include your Shopify store domain and describe the order-editing workflow you want to support. Do not send customer passwords, access tokens, payment details, or unnecessary customer and order data.
